Custom & Print-on-Demand Products All products in our store are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at nordictalesamericantrails@gmail.com

- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, cancellation is not possible as your order will already be in production. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [your contact email].
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
